Yes. Single bedrooms are available for individual students. You don’t need to organise a group to rent the apartment.

How do twin-room bookings work?

Apply together with your chosen roommate for the whole twin room. The advertised €520 monthly rate is per person, with a total room rent of €1,040 per month. Individual bed bookings and in-room matching are unavailable.

Who will I share the apartment with?

The Nest allocates other verified exchange student housemates. Residents share the kitchen, living areas and two bathrooms.

How are dates and costs confirmed?

Submit your preferred room and tenancy dates. Our team will confirm availability, the applicable rental term and the full cost breakdown before you book.

Does applying reserve a room?
